We'll start right where you are at with a block of 1:1 sessions to teach you the basics, or you can register for "Foundations of Yoga" beginners online course coming in September 2023.

Multiple price points for almost any budget. You can choose to join a group online class, book 1:1 classes specific to your goals, or join an online course from September 2023.

I specialise in giving aspiring yogis the tools to take their understanding and inspiration of the many paths of yoga to a deeper level. So allowing them to evolve their practice into a daily ritual that serves them, and those around them to a healthier, happier, more confident life.

Online Group Classes

These run 2 x week, live on Zoom, a chance to be in community with like-minded others.

1:1 Classes ( on Zoom or in person)

These can be booked in blocks of 3/5/10 classes and are tailored to meet your specific goals.

Workshops

These take place in London throughout the year- a chance to meet in person to learn and practice together on a variety of themes.

  • I help beginners starting on their yoga journey and improvers looking to delve deeper into their practice through my inspiring and creative teaching style.

  • I work with you either in-person or via Zoom to share the many aspects of yoga that I've already learnt for myself, and can't wait to share!

  • Join my online classes to feel part of a community- I love bringing a variety of people from different walks of life together all sharing common interests and goals .

  • My teacher training in India really brought the essentials of yoga to life for me and I weave aspects of philosophy, tantra, pranayama and meditation through all I do. 

  • Nature inspires my own practice throughout the year, and I blend the festivals of the Wheel of the Year into my classes and workshop themes.

  • When I'm not teaching others, you'll find me exploring different yoga practice styles, listening to podcasts, and studying yoga philosophy and anatomy, the constant thirst for MORE knowledge!
